What We Teach

Known as the ‘Sweet Science’, boxing is much more than simply punching a person or a heavy bag. The art of boxing rivals Jiu-Jitsu in its complexity and detailed movement. In both arts, a skilled student will be able to effortlessly move around an opponent, while remaining safe and controlling the tempo.

Boxing is also a wonderful sport for physical fitness and body movement, and our classes are geared towards strength, conditioning, movement, weight-loss, and body mechanics.
